YET UNWRAPpED

Open studio, Gill society, Akureyri, Iceland 2009

In Akureyri during her December stay she presents her site- specific installation called „Yet Unwrapped“. She experiments with her observations of dark, light, landscape their forms and colors. She transfer her observations into small paper sculptures and then using the chalk (pastels) enlarges them in to big three dimensional drawings. She is questioning herself how big they can be? How far  can she go? What happened when they become bigger than me? All those thoughts are yet unwrapped, and the whole installation including the video installation about forms and love are part of larger research. Which will culminate as a public site-specific light sculpture during The International Theatre festival in Hradec Kralove, inspired by landscape and light changes in Iceland.
